perfectly positioned for exploring the heart of paris on foot

I had a fantastic stay in this charming hotel that was less than a 5-minute walk from the lively Place de la Bastille and only about a 20-minute stroll to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens, making it so easy to explore these amazing spots on foot. plus, the room was comfy and quiet, which was just what i needed after a day of wandering the city.

Perfect stay for the price with great location. really decent spot for a solo traveler. Room not cluttered, leaving plenty of breathing space for luggage.

Mandatory hotel tax upon arrival can be a bit jarring. The noise from neighbors resonates clearly through the walls, making for some sleepless nights. Also, missing essentials like slippers, wall-mounted body soap, and cups—unless you ask—are little annoyances. Cleaning wasn’t consistent, with one day observed as a no-clean zone. Sheets too tightly tucked weren’t a highlight either.

Had a lovely time, the newly renovated room was super clean and the shower worked like a charm. Enjoyed some downtime with the cozy atmosphere and the peaceful vibe of the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just wish there were more coffee capsules since we only got two per day. but all in all, I'd totally recommend it! ☕

Just a reliable pick for a short visit in Paris with outstanding value. The air conditioning kept the room cool in the warm weather, which was a great relief. Don’t forget to ask for extra toiletries if needed.

The room was cozy, with great air conditioning that kept me cool during warm weather. I loved having a capsule espresso machine for fresh coffee anytime. The metal shutter offered extra security and blocked out noise pretty well, which was a nice surprise. But, it was small, and I noticed a curtain was missing to fully cover the window. Overall, a decent spot for a short stay.

Spacious room, convenient location, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, complemented by the hotel's proximity, just 0.5 km from Gare de Lyon.

Loved everything.

The rooms were spacious, and we loved that it had a lift. We visited two amazing craft workshops around chocolate and enjoyed a 15-minute stroll across a bridge over the River Seine. A great location for a fun getaway!

Unfortunately, the bathroom in our twin room needed a fixture on the wall to hold the shower hose, which made showering a bit inconvenient.

Great location just steps from the metro, comfy room with fast internet, and a nice private bathroom. Our stay was stress-free and enjoyable.

My stay at 26 Faubourg, Ex-Hotel De Reims was delightful! The modern loft-style room provided great comfort, featuring a powerful air conditioning system and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast in the charming ancient cellar added a lovely start to my day.
